Ingredients:

- , sugar-free pork sausage
- 1 head of green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a big skillet over medium heat, warm up the olive oil
After adding the sausage, cook it for five to seven minutes, breaking it up with a spatula, until it is browned and cooked through
Take out the sausage and place it aside from the skillet
Add the garlic and onion slices to the same skillet
Saut for two to three minutes, or until fragrant and softened
When the onion and garlic are combined, add the thinly sliced cabbage to the skillet and stir
Add red pepper flakes, paprika, black pepper, and salt to the cabbage mixture
To distribute the seasonings evenly, give it a good stir
Once the cabbage is soft and beginning to caramelize, cook it, covered, over medium heat for ten to fifteen minutes, stirring now and then
Take the cooked sausage back to the skillet and combine it with the mixture of cabbage
For complete heating, cook for a further two to three minutes
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley
