Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked
Add diced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until softened
Stir in diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Let simmer for 5 minutes
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish
