Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Put the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix the ground beef in it until everything is well mixed
Four burger patties should be made from the mixture
Set a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil
The patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them
Saut the mushrooms in the same pan until they are soft and a little browned
Toasted the burger buns until they are just barely golden
Put a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun to make the burgers
Put some marinara sauce and a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each patty
Put the mushrooms that have been sauted on top of the sauce, and then add some fresh basil leaves on top
Put the top half of the bun on top and serve hot
